Wotton Family History pages are maintained by me, Dave Hedges. I have lived in
Wotton-Under-Edge all my life and have been researching my ancestry since
my father died in 1992. I am a keen amateur family historian and offer these pages
as a free service.
As a result of the many requests received by me for information about
families from the Wotton
area, since I have been online with my computer, I thought it may be a good
idea to record the names of the people doing research and the names of
the families they are researching. Putting this together with some local
Wotton history and knowledge, and interests from non-computer users and
researchers who I am in touch
with, should be helpful to any who may be looking for information in
the future. The aim is to make such research and gathered information
public through these pages for all to use.
